My WIFI has not been working, it has been * days I have called them everyday * times since it has stopped but, still they are not helping me out all they say is it will be resolved today. I once talked to their senior executive i can't remember his name but he said they don't have a timeline to fix my problem.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
