I subscribed for GTPL's new ***Mbps broadband plan. Its been over three months they haven't processed fibre installation at my home. The person who took money isn't picking up my phone and blocked my contact number. I complained at their customer care do many times but they aren't giving any resolution. Its pathetic service by GTPL.
