I have taken airtel xtreme broadband connection on * june **** and from *nd June it stopped working. I raised complaint on *rd June via its app, since then no one came to resolve my issue and I tried calling on *** but not able to connect with them due to their poor service. I tried local airtel customer service number as well but that also not working. I have post about this issue on twitter and facebook also by tagging airtel, they replied also to resolve my query as early as possible but seems those were false promises. Due to their poor service I faced problem doing my Work from home which impacted by client deliverables. Later I took jio connection as I lost trust in airtel. Thankfully Jio saved me. But what airtel did was very bad to its customer. Till today they havent resolved my issue. God knows why they doing this. So I request voxya to heard my voice and make airtel pay for its poor service.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
