I have paid Airtel Broadband Connection Amount **** for a broadband connection. At the time of payment, their "Agent" said that he'll get the connection within two days. It has been ** days and nobody has contacted me for the connection.
I have paid the amount via Netbanking and the reference id of my transaction is ************.
I no longer wish to avail their service and i'd like to get my money back.
