I would like to highlight the poor service of Ion broadband service. I have taken their service *year back and everything was going smooth buy had a nightmare this year. I had lost wifi connection and raised a ticket on March **th **** and after constant complaint and followups the issue was resolved on **th April which is almost more than *weeks. This company claims that they have a TAT of **hrs business working to resolve the issue and it is only good on the books. The technician not even call back for a week to understand the issue.
To my surprise the connection again failed after a week and on **th April again the ticket was raised and it was resolved on **nd april. The same issue again happened on **th April and the issue is still not resolvee even after my daily followup with the customer care. Due to this pandemic situation, we have office work to be operated from home and due to the connection failure, my office work as well as my personal work had been badly affected and I would like this broadband company to compensate for this poor service.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
