My internet was not working..i called multilple times customer care and raised the ticket also. They told me that technician will come..but no one came.. i wait for the technician for hours and hours but no one came. Then i decide to go to their office. And i am seeing that every technician was available. And they are going to their home..But not a single technician came to my house.please help me...what a pathetic service this is..
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
