IDEA and VODAFONE - Why can t I do the service validity recharge from my main balance

I have the main balance of *** Rs in my account but the incoming and outgoing service validity is expired. So in order to retain the service i have to do the recharge of ** Rs which will give me the service validity but as before we use to do the recharges from our main balance too,now we are not able to do this. As i have the Rs *** in my main account, i am eligible to have the recharge of ** from it so that balance can get deducted but now the company has stopped that service which clearly shows that idea wants the new money inflow from customers and won't allow to do the recharge from available main balance as we were doing prior because such recharge won't provide them the new money inflow from the customers and in return they will be entitled to provide the service. So its a very smart move by the company to increase the money inflow from the customers but honestly i didn't liked this coz inspite of having *** in my main account i am not able to use it.. This leads us to port to jio..
