I have enrolled for Piano music classes with Whitehat Jr. I have enrolled for ** classes and paid ***** in Feb ****, there are still ** credits left in my account but the whitehat officials are not helping with booking classes, the online platform doesn't allow to book classes as well. Support emails, helpdesk numbers do not respond. Its a complaint silence and planned cheating going on in whitehat. I wanted to get refund for the remaining credits but have been unsuccessful in reaching the whitehat people for this.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
