We had purchased coding classes worth more than * lacks from whitehatjr, they assured that it can be refunded later if we have remaining credits. So after a while when my child was busy in school academics, so we decided to take refund. We initiated refund with whitehatjr and they confirmed about the refund as per the policy for amount Rs.*****.
They assured that we will receive this in a month. However it has been already around * year. We are still following up and getting no response, we also try to contact support via chat but can only say that they will engage relevant team.
