I am writing to express my serious concern regarding incomplete coding classes for my daughter. I enrolled her in your program and paid over Rs. ****** for the full course
While the initial *** classes proceeded as planned, there has been a complete absence of classes for the past four months. Despite repeated attempts to reach support team via email, I have received no response.
This lack of communication and the unfulfilled commitment to complete the course are unacceptable I believe this situation constitutes a breach of service and potentially fraudulent activity
I am prepared to provide documentation of the fees paid and the emails sent to your support team if necessary
I kindly request your immediate attention to this matter. I urge you to initiate a complaint for full refund of Rs ******. Have attached latest mail and fees receipt for perusal
