From last * -* months, WhitehatJr is neither providing classes not doing refund.
Customer support / concierge team not functioning, help section in the site does not work, mails sent to support team is not addressed.
I opted the payment through EMI option, bank is deducting the money every month, but my child is not getting the education service. Bank says they cannot stop the EMI , i have to get the refund / cancel request from Company. Company does not respond.
Please help in resolving this issue.
