I am writing to express my deep concern over the significant delay in processing the refund for Case #********(WhitehatJr). Despite initiating the process months ago, providing all required documentation, and receiving confirmation that the refund would be processed within **-** working days as of April **, ****, I have yet to receive the refunded amount(Today **-June ****).
My multiple follow-ups with customer service team have yielded only assurances of the matter being escalated to the highest priority, but no concrete resolution. Furthermore, my attempts to reach out through contact channels have been met with unresponsive and unsatisfactory communication, exacerbating the frustration caused by this prolonged delay.
I kindly request your team to prioritize the processing of my refund and help get refunded amount. This refund is crucial, and the ongoing delay has caused significant inconvenience and financial strain. Your prompt attention and resolution to this matter would be greatly appreciated.
