Whitehatjr - Refund not initiated

I have been asking these whitehatjr support to initiate my refund for over * months now and I still don't know what they are doing they said that they will initiate it by mid March but it is almost end of the month and the refund is still not initiated.I just wanted to inform other people who are willing to join it. This app has one of the worst customer support I have ever seen,please be careful
