I had enrolled my son for WhiteHat Jr Coding class but due internet shut down in Manipur last year for more than * months, I requested the Institution for cancellation of classes and refund money for the classes remaining. Accordingly, they agreed to pay the foreclosure amount to the financial partner. WhiteHat Jr asked for my bank account details on Sep **, **** to refund the money which I did but so far I have not received any news. Now the financial partner Grayquest has been calling me day and night to pay the EMI against the loan taken for classes which we never attended. I have repeatedly mailed WhitehatJr to no avail. Please help.
