WHIRPOOL INDIA - Whirpool Fridge Not Working

It has been just over a year since I have purchased my Whirpool double door fridge *******--*** OH* NEO CLS PLUS. The problem started with non cooling for which I waited over * months got servicing. They cited lockdown for delay and finally I got the first service on June **st which was still under warranty period.
I also got the required things on my own as it had to bought from Siliguri and paid for transport where as it was supposed to be free.
The person actually did not use any of the items sent except the gas for the pipe. After that there was excessive cooling causing even the eggs and milk to freeze. I told them about it but they said to keep knob in min still problem of over freezing continued now. Additionally there was excessive cooling on the sides of the door that water would collect on the floor.
They said it is normal and to keep knob at minimum.
Now after less than * months of first servicing again same problem of no cooling has come up.
The company is saying I have to pay between **** - **** depending on what has to be changed.
I feel I'm being cheated as this is the same recurring problem of the first instance which wasn't solved by the technician. Now I'm being made to pay so much. Also I said if I pay now will if problem comes up again what will happen. So the Area Manager said the servicing is valid for just * month. Which means after * month if it happens again I have to pay again.

So I feel this is a vicious cycle, where they never really solve your problem and keep siphoning money from clueless customers. Their service center is useless and more of a harrassment service than giving customer support.
