WHIRPOOL INDIA - Refrigerator door broke

My refrigerator door came out on its own and fell completely on my mother within * years of buying this refrigerator from Vijay sales. The refrigerator is in * pieces now with no repair done by whirlpool. After selling this faulty product whilpool. Os not ready to listen and say we do not own any responsibility. Rather saying we will replace only if u pay more money they are asking for further **k.. Why should I pay more money for such a defected product whose door completely got separated on its own in just * years. Shameless whirlpool customer care is so rude and refusing to do anything without further money being paid. They are robbing customers literally and they think they can do anything and with it. Also, they took **** from me that was paid to a person who their executive spoke with and confirmed that he is from whilrpool and later said it was a fake call so whirlpool will not own the money I paid to that guy.
