Raksha TPA - while required paper submitted but full payment of claim is not done Claim no paid nor replied

I have send many mails but we have not got any reply, We have submitted bill of ****.** but we got payment of Rs ****.** , Rs ****.** whose report with cash memo receipt already submitted , But payment is not made to us please reply with reason why this bill is not paid, as per policy condition this is payable.
Please make my payment of Rs ****.** as earliest as possible.
