A claim was submitted by me on **.**.**** through LIC Dehradun a query of original bill was posed which I think it was there but found to be invoice. Later I could manage the duplicate bill from Medanta Hospital Gurgaon which Raksha rejected even on my repeated requests and also from my employer. rest all papers are in order. But The claim was rejected.
