Whatsapp android - WhatsApp account blocked

I Was using the WhatsApp account on Android since **** and in total of ** years on the same no.********** (Airtel is service provider) for no reason this account has been blocked and when asked from WhatsApp they are not ready to resolve the issue and not reset my WhatsApp nor giving my old data ,which is required.
