Whatsapp android - Banned my account without spam

My old whatsapp account number +************ , iam using this since ** years and * days back it was banned I sent lot of request mails to whatsapp that I didn't forwarded any harmful or threatening message please review my whatsapp properly and unban my whatsapp account but I didn't got unban
Yesterday I brought new Sim and registered with whatsapp again in few minutes new Sim whatsapp account with number +************ was also banned.
Why whatsapp is doing like this, iam confidently telling I didn't forwarded any harmful or threatening message, how to prove my innocence, iam appealing for proper review on both my whatsapp account
