Weddingz.in - Weddingz in not able to deliver the photos and videos even after 1 year

I have booked the candid photographer, traditional photographer, traditional videographer for my wedding on **th jan **** in Pune.
(As per their process, photos to be delivered in ** working days and video in ** working days)
after chasing them for * months, they delivered half of the photos
and now It's been a year now haven't received remaining photos and video.
Now the photographer' manager - Aarti has blocked me in whatsapp
And weddingz.in coordinator - ajeenkya salvi says he has moved out of that department
I am not able to contact anyone from weddingz.in and feels like I'm not going to get anything out of them
