Weddingz.in - Partial Refund due for 9 months

I had booked Photography services via Weddingz for a June **** Wedding function which was called off due to Lockdown. I had paid **k in March **** and they paid me **k in August ****, the remaining *k is pending and they haven't resolved it yet. They keep asking me to call different people and no one attends to the issue. I have tried emailing, messaging and countless calls. Kindly advise.
