Weddingz In - Weddings in agent is not refunding advance amount of marriage

Hi Team,
We had done marriage hall booking via weddingz.in to “Harrison Hall and Lawn Nagpur” and done advance payment via google pay to weddingz.in associate.
Due to unfortunate reason, marriage got cancelled and while asking for refund the associate from weddingz.in denied us saying that their are no refunds. Currently I am taking this voice before this forum to discuss further. Could you please let me know how could we get resolution ?
