Weddingz In - Refund not given for an event which was cancelled by the venue owner

We were shown a venue for the wedding in Pune by weddingz venue manager. He showed everything in the hall, as we were happy with the venue we booked the venue by giving a sum of ***** Rs via weddingz QR code.
After two days we got a call from the venue manager saying that the venue owner will not open the venue for the next two months and we will be given some other nearby venue instead and for that, I need to come to the place and select the new venue.
As we had no other option we went down to the other venues which were disgusting and not worth a penny.

Now we asked for a refund but the venue manager said to wait for a week, but after a week he has stopped picking up calls.
On the weddingz site, there is no customer grievance redressal option. The email of info@weddingz.in does not work.

I feel this is a textbook case of fraud done by weddingz as the money was sent to them and now they are just being ignorant.
I see like me there are many other people being a victim here.
