This is to inform you that that I had booked flights from kolkata to chandigarh for the *rd of feb ****.My transaction was successfull but after getting redirected to GOIBIBO PAGE , a message was displayed to do the booking again inspite of successfull debit of amount.The amount that was debited from my account is Rs. **,***.**.There is no other way to cancel the transaction in my bookings section.
I had requested GOIBIBO.COM to please refund the amount as soon as possible via email at TRAVEL@GOIBIBO.COM.Payment reference number :***********IGAMUVTQI*
