Dear Hathway Customer Service Team,
I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the recent interaction I had with one of your customer service representatives.
On *thApril, I received a call from a Hathway customer service assistant with the phone number +** ***** *****. The associate introduced themselves as part of the Karunakar team. Unfortunately, my experience with this representative was extremely unpleasant. Here are the key issues I encountered:
Rude Behavior: The associate’s behavior was shockingly rude. Instead of addressing my concerns, they resorted to insulting language and foul words. As a customer, I expect respectful and professional communication.
Lack of Understanding: Despite explaining my problem regarding my internet connection and recharging, the associate seemed disinterested and failed to comprehend the issue. Their lack of understanding exacerbated my frustration.
Persistent Recharge Calls: Additionally, I have been receiving multiple calls urging me to recharge. This aggressive approach is not only annoying but also reflects poorly on Hathway’s customer service standards.
I would like to raise a formal complaint regarding this incident. As a loyal customer, I believe I deserve better treatment. I kindly request the following:
Investigation: Please investigate this matter thoroughly. Identify the associate in question and address their behavior promptly.
Complaint Update: I expect timely updates on the progress of my complaint. Transparency is crucial, and I would appreciate knowing the steps taken to rectify this situation.
Customer Retention: If such behavior continues unchecked, it will undoubtedly drive away customers. I urge Hathway to take corrective measures to retain customer trust.
I sincerely hope that Hathway will take this matter seriously and ensure that no other customer faces a similar ordeal. Your prompt action will not only restore my faith in your services but also contribute to a positive customer experience.
