Fala holidays - We trusted they cheated us

We got a call on **** October, they said u got a gift voucher that silver coin ,** days in bglr outings etc.and we went and collect, they said fake stories of packages more than *hours ,we have small kids so we felt that this is the right place to go outings with minimum amount. So we pay through credit card that also they given ,worth ****** they took .now we want cancel this card ,plz help us .they r not responding of my calls .
