Fala Holidays - Services not delivered

There is this travel and tourism based company called Fala holidays in Bangalore operating in different locations in Bangalore(KR Puram and Yelahanka). I have signed up for tourism package with them based on a call that I received one day saying that I have won a prize which I can collect from Fala Holidays KR Puram office. I was very intelligently convinced by them to signup for a tourism package that will offer me around ** travels (* international and * domestic). I signed up for it as it looked very much promising that I will be able to take up domestic and foreign travels if I sign up. Also the folks who were there in the business looked very educated and very promising. Post signing up whenever I call them for travels that I am planning and asking them to book for properties they either keep delaying or they never respond to my calls. I have just taken * domestic travels from them. * are still remaining and they do not respond to my calls even if I call them ** times in a day. It seems very much too me they make people sign up for the packages that they offer and then they do not respond after * or * trips that they offer. A huge amount of my money I have invested in them is now at very big loss. Please help me in recovering my money is what I can humbly request.
