We paid for combo popcorn with drinks at *pm. At the interval time upon demanding the refund as they didnt provide the bill .
enquiring with the person again at the counter asking for the manager , he refused to call him and unwilling to sort this issue. Blaming on the customer and not keeping the promise of refund if not provided bill.
Making fake promises is very unethical and not professional in the market.
