PVR cenimas - Uncomfortable seat and too close to the screen so we left the show

We booked * tickets on August ** at PVR inox Musheerabad, Hyderabad
As we booked late we had to adjust with first row seats. It was horrible because the screen is just above and could not see the movie. Even manager Mr Chandrashekhar could not give any alternative seats. Customer care numbers are not reachable. We had to leave in just few minutes.

PVR cenimas – Movie without enough sound Closed
We came for movie Manjummal Boys. It started ** minutes late and when it started, it was played with minimum volume. Despite of complaining they have not increased volume.
