ARUP RATAN HALDAR filed complaint against PVR on Jan 28, 2023
We booked a show in PVR, Diamond Plaza, Jessore Road at *-** pm on **/**/****.
We ordered food from a counter of the PVR complex. After taking money from us no receipt was provided to us and we were told that food will be supplied inside hall. But no food came untill the interval. We made enquiry in interval about the food and the man in the stall lied blatantly that he searched for is in the hall and did not find us. Nobody came at all with food.
This is a huge fraud being perpetrated there in collusion with other people there.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
