I was using paytem postpaid from long time and I do payment on every *th of month but this month when I was doing payment on same date, paytem server not working, I was complaints about same but no-one lisitin and next day put penalty on my account. And after two days their representatives call and said do payment with out penalties and we will waived off but not solutions till now
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
