Vodaphone - Wave off email recieved but not yet given in actual

Hi Team,
My father asked for vodaphone no. postpaid. While giving postpaid connected for family plan he was not updated that - he need to keep the no. till * month and he can not ask to stop the connection before three months. We decided to stop the connected we requested but could not do so with this policy of * months.
We asked for wave off for the mobile bill. We got email for wave off on ** oct and till now wave off is not given to us and also we tried calling multiple times to customer care but not status as now.
As per wave off email we paid **** amount on ** Oct **** itself.
Please check the email.
