Vodaphone - Pathetic Service

I have a mobile number **********, which I have taken on my company's id and this is a corporate connection, I am trying to port my number from very long, however they are not doing and asking for unnecessary documents. Please suggest if ant way to port the number. As they are not sending the porting code and from last * years I am trying for the same. Such a pathetic service provider and have lots of issues.
