I bought the kent water filter in August ****. Just after a few days of installation, it started giving regular issues like water leakage, bad water taste, high TDS, unfiltered water etc and still continuing till date for the last *-** months. Service person from kent comes and does some or the other trick and goes back. And again after *-* days, the situation is the same. This has repeated many times now for the last ** months. Service person even tricked me into buying Rs **** Prv by stating it would resolve the issues. But nothing happened. I bought this product to have safe drinking water for my family but it has impacted us very badly by bad water coming from it which has also resulted in many health-related issues for my wife. I am really frustrated and fed up now as kent is not responding properly and no one is helping. Product is still in warranty. Need your help, please.
