I made a complain for warranty on *rd October,****. Repetitively i was communicated with customer care as technical team repetitively not contacted with me within their given time. and this repetitive process already lost my more than ** month warranty till now. Now they are advising me to wait more * week to replace the same as the product not available there. Now i don't want to wait and as i have already lost faith on TITAN, i need refund only.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
