Amitabh filed complaint against Titan on May 9, 2026
I ordered Fastrack smartwatch at Titan company on *th of May due to it showing me it will deliver on next day. Which is the estimated date.But at the *th of May when I didn't get any update about my order I called to customer care of Titan one of the executive told me sorry for the inconvenience it is the expected date of shipping not for delivery & also check in logistic partner for the expected delivery date but I don't think this is proper way what they told me. Please look into this matter and investigate it.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
