Fossil - Watch Damaged Instead Of Repaired

My friend owns a JR**** Fossil watch which needed a glass and battery replacement for which we went to their Service center at **th main Indiranagar.

We filled in forms and handed over the watch to them with blind faith that we'd have it home delivered in a perfect condition after repairs. What we didn't know is that Fossil promises to repair your watch only to damage it further. The clasp of the watch hadn't been fixed because it had been tampered with, despite it being intact while we handed the watch over to them.

We went back to the center and asked them to fix it. When I went back to collect it, the clasp was fixed, sure, but after I got home I found out that the external parts of the watch were perfectly intact but the indices weren't.

This is extremely upsetting. This watch costs in thousands and the brand may not understand, but it's alot of money for us. Most of all, this watch has sentimental value and this is hurtful.
