Smart appliance service - Washing machine service fraud

We had a *C error with our washing machine so We searched for washing machine repair got there no and called them they came and told there is a problem with panel and motor pump and took panel saying it's glued and can't be repaired. here we agreed and they took the panel and motor pump , came next day and fixed the panel and our old motor pump and charged **** for which they made me wait for the whole day I took off of my office for * days and the problem dint get solved so we found samsung authorised service and called them , on telling of all the matter and *C error we wer told it's a loose bush issues which he fixed in * mins and told us we were been cheated of **** money .
