Smart appliance service - Smart Appliance Services Fraud

Our IFB Front load washing machine was giving “Drain Error” message just before completion of the washing load. Searched for IFB Washing machine service number online and called this Fraud Listing in Google search. A guy called Ryan (Real name is Riaz) came saying he got a call from IFB services to attend a issue with the washing machine and asked me what the issue is. He removed the washing machine panel board and said there are few component that have burnt out and needs to be replaced and can be only done in the service center. He gave a rough estimate of *k and then said exact estimate will be give once the inspection is done at the service center. The Service center Manager “Shyam” (his real name is Syed G Sameer Pasha) called and gave me an estimation of Rs **** plus mechanic visit charges of Rs *** and Labour charge of Rs ***. A total of Rs ****. After the repair at the service center He installed the panel board and fixed the machine, but the issue started again after ** days. I tried calling Shyam but he kept on telling that he will send a mechanic but never, I went to local mechanic and he visited the house and looked at the issue and told that there was no repair done to the panel board except that they had put plastic glue on the panel board so that no one can see what they have done. The local mechanic just blowed air into the sensor pipe where there was some dust got jammed, he then reconnected it and then it worked fine. Smart Appliances Service cheated us over *.*k and now are not responding.
