On October **, **** I purchased New Model Bosch Washing Machine.
It's MRP cost ***** and on account of Depawali we got an offer for Rs. *****.
Within a * days machine had problems and it was confirmed for Replacement and not for a Refund from company side.
Initially they asked us to wait for the Stock availablility.
So it's been more then * months we never got our New Replace Item.
Whenever we asked for the update no proper response and they keep on saying no stocks available.
Now finally they asked us to wait till ** Jan ****. If no updates we have to apply for Refund (Which we don't want)
Now if we want to buy same machine with same model, it cost nearly Rs.***** to *****.
Now it's already * months old model.
We request Replacement of existing sucesser model or New Machine with new model or MRP of *****.
Manger are least bothered about Coustmoer and they black in providing accurate updates.
Till now they never called to give any update about the Replacement of item.
We have to call and text them , whenever they are free then they respond. Many times they reply or callback after * or * days.
Please help me with this case.
To be frank This was Mine *rd Washing Machine from Bosch.
Now I have issues with this one and I need Justin.
