Whirlpool India - Washing machine installation pending

I always trust LG electronics brand in ** years of my experience I bought first time whirlpool product for my personal use home too load washing machine. Yesterday engineer came to my house without dress, no precautionary stuff. He came with someone he said I am new in whirlpool and I am on training just joined * days ago. Machine installation was not done properly I have raised multiple complaints regarding this on social media twitter and facebook but no action taken yet. Why your engineers not wearing company dress with full precautions. If you can't spend money to your staff and if you don't care about consumers then you need to shutdown this service center or whirlpool company. Demo was done by someone else but a engineer who visited to my house he was new person in training he was not able to do anything. If anything happened to my family because of whirlpool staff who will be responsible.
