Was I scammed at Imphal Airport by an Air India Express staff member?

Complaint Details:

I am a student who booked an economy class ticket for Air India Express flight IX **** (Imphal to Guwahati) on **th February **** (Departure: **:** AM, Arrival: **:** PM). However, at Imphal Airport, an Air India Express staff member told me that I needed to pay ₹**** for a business class upgrade, even though I had no prior request for this.

I paid ₹**** in cash and ₹**** via Google Pay to an account named Anoubam Premananda Sharma.

I was given a boarding pass for Seat *A (Business Class) and believed it was an official upgrade.

However, later, when I checked my original ticket details, I found that I was never officially upgraded, and my ticket remained economy class.

This raises concerns that an Air India Express staff member may be involved in an unauthorized seat upgrade scam at Imphal Airport.
