Air india express airlines - deducted amount unjustly

Sir My flight ticket was booked from ease my trip site for the date of nov **thn from ixe to dmm,,later on I rescheduled to Nov ** after paying **** from your site by me...I have attached the payment reciept. This payment was done on Nov **th. So the flight ticket has been issued for Nov **nd. The total amount I paid here is *****. So u have understood till here right. Now I cancelled the flight. So the cancellation fee is ****. Now calculate *****-****=*****. This is clear calculation..

But you people have sent only ***** as refund amount in that **** is directly sent to me since I had rescheduled from my credit card through your website.. and rest ***** is being sent to ease my trip agent portal.. now you tell out of ***** u people have sent me only *****. Though I had already paid the rescheduling amount and the itinerary is generated on Nov **th only.. where is the (*****-*****)=rs **** amount . Kindly refund This amount. You people are simply misleading here. Be honest in what you earn. How could you people charge **** again when I have already paid for the rescheduling ticket... if at all I don't get my hard earned back which you people have unjustly deducted. I would surely file a suit in consumer forum . Be honest in what you earn and refund my amount of ****...
