i have filed a warrenty claim but they have rejected due to some stupid reason like they cant give warrenty for damaged products ny headphones one side working get stopped only within * months of purchase

I did placed an order and the amount is deducted from my account but in the details of order placed it's not showing anything and I have placed my order through the BOAT website.
