Rakesh Kumar filed complaint against BOAT on May 4, 2026
Dear boAt Support Team,
I am writing to formally dispute the rejection of my warranty claim for my boAt Rockerz *** Pro+ Navy Blue Neckband (Ticket ID: [********]).
Your team rejected my claim citing "physical damage," however, I have clear video evidence recorded at the time of pickup showing the product was in perfect physical condition with the ear hooks fully attached and no wire damage.
The following points prove a discrepancy in your inspection:
Incorrect Photo: The photo shared by your Noida hub does not match the product I handed over.
Missing Parts: My product was returned to me with the ear hook missing, which was present during pickup.
Transit Damage/Swap: Any damage or missing parts occurred after the product left my hands and while in your logistics custody.

*. During pickup by deliver partner blue dart my product replaced there you can clearly see watch carefully there is ear hook and my product is in good condition.
*. Noida cctv footage there is no hook and my product is replaced in the hub of bluedart or during transit.
*. Unboxing video of the returned product where my product accessories are not there and product is changed.
I have attached the pickup video and the unboxing video of the returned product. I request you to re-validate this claim immediately. If I do not receive a resolution within **-** hours, I will be forced to file a formal complaint with the National Consumer Helpline (NCH) for deficiency in service.
