iBall - Warranty on UPS purchased not honoured

I had purchased a UPS of iBall from Mantra Computers, Kopar Khairane on **-*-****, which has a warranty of two years. A few weeks back it stopped providing power backup during power cuts. The computer to which it is attached shuts down immediately on a power cut. On **-**-****, I had sent an e-mail to iBall as a complaint about the problem. However, they still haven't fixed the problem despite repeated follow-ups with them.
