Moses Rozario filed complaint against iBall on Aug 28, 2020
Last year October ****, I had purchased iBall Merit G* model of laptop. This laptop worked fine for * months and suddenly power button stopped working. After which I contacted iBall support. They asked me to contact local service center, which is in Pune. I told them while purchasing online it was clearly mentioned that this product comes with onsite warranty then why should I visit service center. They did not agree with me and said it is a wrong information. This happened in July **th ****. Fine, I visited service center. Without even checking they confirmed that this is a issue with keyboard and entire keyboard unit needs a replacement. After discussing with engineer of service center I understood this is a common fault can be found in all iBall laptops. This is my second iBall laptop. First laptop also had same issue. Ok, so I submitted my laptop and was told it may takes and even a months. Even they asked me to drop a email to customer support so they can speed up the process, which I did so but no reply at all from them. Even tried calling their * support phone numbers, either they don't answer and busy all the time. After so many attempts I had a chance to talk to one of them but that guy was very rude with me and hung up the call even I was polite. Till date no update from either service center or customer support and I am left with no laptop. This is what you get when you put your hard earned money and trust on such companies.
