Jaquar - WARRANTY NOT HONOURED

I had purchased jaquar fittings for my washroom on dated **-**-**** having ** years warranty on the products. I got problem in diverter which was replaced on *-**-**** by jaquar technician and demanded Rs. *** and the same was paid by me. Whereas as per the warranty clause the same should be replaced free. There was no leaking . The product was sub standardize and the part should be replaced without charging.
