I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding a Jaquar water closet installed at my premises, which has been faulty from the very first day of installation.
The issue is that during flushing, water splashes out onto the seat cover even when the bowl is clean. When the toilet is in use, dirty water splashes onto the seat, which is extremely unhygienic and unacceptable.
Additionally, the flushing mechanism is ineffective, as the seat is not getting cleaned properly even after flushing.
A technician had visited earlier; however, the issue remains unresolved. Despite multiple attempts to follow up, the technician is no longer responding or providing any assistance, which is highly disappointing.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
